Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using b8bd. By accessing your account you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
Introduction and Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the b8bd platform, including the website at b8bd.vip, all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). b8bd operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser or connection used to access it.
By registering an account with b8bd, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. b8bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility to Use b8bd
The b8bd Platform is intended solely for eligible adults. To register and use the Platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. b8bd enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders. You may be required to provide government-issued proof of age at any point during account review or withdrawal processing. Failure to verify your age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending verification.
- You must register as an individual in your own name and with accurate personal information. Corporate accounts, accounts registered on behalf of another person, and accounts using false identities are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice, with balances withheld pending investigation.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by b8bd or voluntarily activated through your account settings. Players who have self-excluded and attempt to re-register will have any new accounts closed and winnings voided upon detection.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of b8bd is lawful in your jurisdiction. b8bd makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any specific location other than Bangladesh.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one active b8bd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension. The following account rules apply to all registered players:
Account Information Accuracy
You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and keep that information up to date at all times. This includes your legal name, date of birth and the mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. b8bd may request documentary verification of any information at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. b8bd will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. You must notify b8bd support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. b8bd will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Single Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts detected by b8bd's systems — identified by shared device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods or identity documents — will all be suspended. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be voided. The player may be permitted to retain one account at b8bd's sole discretion, following full KYC verification.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on the b8bd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b8bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected bank transfer options. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, but b8bd reserves the right to request source-of-funds verification for large or unusual deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your b8bd account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed. Funds are credited to your b8bd wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. b8bd aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the same business day. b8bd reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours where additional verification is required. Players may only withdraw funds from completed, settled bets and games; funds subject to active wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the requirement is met.
KYC Verification
b8bd may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a periodic account review. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport or driving licence) and proof of the payment account used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by b8bd may result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is provided.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
b8bd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer terms, the standard wagering requirement for b8bd bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirement progress is tracked in your account dashboard and updated in real time as qualifying bets settle.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are used only after your real-money balance has been depleted. Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real-money funds through completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
- b8bd reserves the right to limit or withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
- Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL and other events are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These specific terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.
- b8bd reserves the right to void bonus winnings and reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, collusion with other players, or use of software to manipulate bonus outcomes.
5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
b8bd is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all winnings, and permanent banning from b8bd:
Fraud and Chargebacks
Any attempt to defraud b8bd, including initiating illegitimate chargebacks through your payment provider after placing bets or receiving winnings, is strictly prohibited. b8bd will pursue recovery of funds lost through fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal channels. Accounts suspected of chargeback fraud will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
Automated Software and Bots
The use of any automated software, bot, script, algorithm or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the Platform, harvest data, or gain an advantage over other players or the house is strictly prohibited. b8bd employs detection systems to identify automated activity. Accounts found to be using such tools will be permanently closed and all associated winnings voided.
Money Laundering
The b8bd Platform must not be used for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime. b8bd monitors transactions for suspicious activity and will report any such activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Deposits must reflect genuine gaming intent. Accounts suspected of financial crime activity will be immediately suspended, balances frozen and relevant information disclosed to law enforcement.
6. Responsible Gaming
b8bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity and encourage all players to use them proactively. b8bd strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years and will not knowingly permit underage persons to register or gamble on the Platform.
Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours for daily limits, 7 days for weekly limits and 30 days for monthly limits. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting b8bd support. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended, login is disabled, and no promotional communications will be sent. Players who self-exclude permanently will not be permitted to re-register on the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the b8bd Platform — including but not limited to the b8bd brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, software and the selection and arrangement of all Platform content — is the exclusive intellectual property of b8bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, transmitted or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of b8bd.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to scrape, mirror, frame, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform. Any unauthorised use of b8bd intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b8bd's liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform is limited as follows:
- b8bd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational damage, even if b8bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- b8bd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b8bd will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays or any other technical disruption beyond b8bd's reasonable control.
- In the event that b8bd is found liable to a player for any reason, the maximum aggregate liability of b8bd to that player shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player to their b8bd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
b8bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where b8bd has reasonable grounds to do so. Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting b8bd support.
Grounds for Suspension by b8bd
b8bd may suspend or close a player account where: (a) the player has violated any part of these Terms; (b) the player is found to be under 21 years of age; (c) the player has provided false registration information; (d) suspicious financial activity is detected on the account; (e) the player has initiated fraudulent chargebacks; (f) the player has used prohibited software on the Platform; or (g) b8bd is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.
Voluntary Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your b8bd account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure request, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification. Accounts closed by the player may be reopened at b8bd's discretion following a cooling-off period, unless the closure was requested as a responsible gaming self-exclusion, in which case it is permanent.
10. Governing Law and Amendments
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising from your use of the b8bd Platform that cannot be resolved through b8bd's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts determined by applicable law. b8bd's internal complaints process is the first and required step before any external dispute escalation — contact b8bd support to initiate a complaint.
b8bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, b8bd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the Platform or by email. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
